Honored as an Advanced Leader and Communicator by Toastmaster’s International, Kevin was a winner in the District Humorous Speech contest for two consecutive years competing against 254 Clubs in New York and New Jersey. Inducted into the National Honor Society for Public Affairs and Administration, Kevin has a Six Sigma Black Belt in Process Improvement.  He is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Masters in Public Administration and Tufts University with a B.A. in Economics with a concentration in Community Health. Suspended from preschool for talking too much, Kevin gave his first speech at the age of five as the valedictorian of his preschool class and has been speaking ever since.
